BMT'S LONDON BRANCH HAS GROWN INTO A LONDON THEATRE 'TREPES’ (‘THE LADDER') 

London Theatre “Trepes” (“The Ladder”) is founded November 18, 2019. Originally titled the London branch of Birmingham's Little Theatre, both rehearsals and creative projects took place in close collaboration with Birmingham's Little Theatre.

As well as actors, our company includes other creative personalities, both a set designer and stage technical support professionals.

Theatre objectives are high-value achievements and personal growth of each participant, while also promoting Latvian theatre, literature and culture. The performances are scheduled to be played both in Latvian and English.

London Theatre “Trepes” (“The Ladder”) is a Member of the Latvian Theatre Alliance in Great Britain and founder and Member of the World Latvian amateur Theatre Union.

The theatre's artistic director is director Ingmārs Čaklais.
