Birmingham's little Theatre offers a fairy tale to adults about the lives of an empire, planned and unplanned events in a very short space of time.

The show asks a number of existentially important questions and seeks answers to them. Is poisoning the best way to get the boss off the road? Is it worth picking flowers for a lover if you do not have one? And which profession's contribution to society is prized - the creator or practitioner?

Will it be a fairytale with a happy ending?
